 Prodaid have developed Powered Roller Conveyor suitable for transfer of heavy loads up to 1500 kg, kept on Pallets of 2000mm x 2200mm.
The system consists of Twin conveyors, fitted with Ø 90mm Rollers at 200mm Pitch and interconnected through chain, from the Motorized Drive Unit.
Exit of Powered Roller conveyor is provided with Gravity Roller Conveyor to accumulate the Cartons or Pallets.
The Unit is Powered by as low as of as ½ H.P. Geared Motor, At 400 Volts, 3 phase.
Variations from the above specification is offered to suit different Pallet/Carton sizes and Weights.
