 ProdAid Engineers (P) Ltd., Bangalore have developed system to Feed Components to continuously operating Process Equipments such as Furnaces with Spreading facility.
Continuously Operating Process Equipments such as Furnaces, Driers and Washing System etc., is often fed with components manually, leading to underutilization of capacity with wastage of Heat and Power.
The above system overcome the difficulty which not only saves an Operator but also ensure uniform spreading of components all over the Conveyor belt without gap, ensuring high productivity.
The system consists of Elevating Conveyor to transfer parts from previous operation and a Hopper Feeder which spreads and feeds Components Conveyor belt at uniform rate without gap.
The arrangement requires as less as 80 to 100 VA power at 230 Volts Single Phase A.C. Input. |
